Why Does This Exist?

Because most people who design learning — teachers, professors, corporate trainers, edtech folks — do it without any formal training in how brains actually work.

And because the research is genuinely good. Cognitive scientists have known for decades what makes learning stick. Almost none of it shows up in actual classrooms or online courses.
